Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

The item is defective or damaged, or

You receive the wrong item
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, which allows you to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, and without justification.
To qualify, your item must:

Right to Cancel under the Consumer Protection Act
Under Article 45 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, consumers have the right to cancel a distance or off-premises contract within 14 days, without giving any reason. This right applies to all orders delivered within Croatia and the EU.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:

The refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
